In a previous update we announced that The Hilton Garden Inn decided to take a modern approach to improving their employee’s customer service and satisfaction skills by using Sony’s PlayStation® Portable (PSP) platform and Vicious Engine® as the basis for an interactive training simulator called Ultimate Team Play (UTP). Ultimate Team Play was launched in February 2009 on time and well within the anticipated budget. Within in a month, 500 PSP systems were distributed to Hilton Garden Inn hotels worldwide. We are pleased to present the following case study to highlight some of the goals, challenges and results of this endeavor.
